飛利浦分拆照明事業

（中央社台北2014年6月30日電）彭博報導，飛利浦（Royal Philips NV NL-PHIA）將跟進西門子（SiemensAG US-SIE），將旗下發光二極體（LED）照明和汽車照明事業合併為一家14億歐元（19億美元）的獨立公司，以帶動成長。

飛利浦今天發布新聞稿表示，飛利浦將聚焦在連結LED照明系統和服務，同時探尋策略性選項，為這家新獨立的公司引進外部投資。本案將在2015年上半年完成，成本約3000萬歐元。

飛利浦執行長萬豪敦（Frans van Houten）在新聞稿中表示，「在我們的長期策略引導下，我們持續積極管理我們的事業組合。」

飛利浦表示，LED照明事業Lumileds現任執行長雷沙切爾（Pierre-Yves Lesaicherre）將掌管合併後的新事業。

隨著產業競爭加劇，西門子在近1年前分拆旗下整個照明部門。飛利浦表示，結合照明元件和汽車照明將在共享研究和開發及採購上受惠，同時也能擴大客戶基礎。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
