張志軍遭抗議 柯文哲：是對馬政府抗議

大陸國台辦主任張志軍來台四天，抗議如影隨形，台北市長參選人柯文哲認為，「與其說對張志軍抗議，不如說對馬政府抗議。」柯文哲表示，無論是馬習會、還是審自由經濟示範區條例草案，種種讓民眾覺得有損自身權益的事情都不夠公開透透明，這種不公開不透明引發的焦躁導致脫序行為。柯文哲強調，「所以我主張開放政府、全民參與」，公開透明，激烈的抗議行為就會減少。
