老人運動會 玩出活力

來自新北市25區200多名獨居老人，昨天由志工協助參加華山、創世基金會舉辦的「愛老人運動會」，他們參加簡單遊戲闖關活動，沒有分數高低、無關勝敗都統統有獎，達到「要活就要動」。

患大腸癌、直腸癌，化療期間甚至轉移至肺、肝部，長期身心飽受折磨的彭姓阿公，獨居三芝區，治療花光他所有積蓄，生活困頓；華山新北市站長張雅晴說，兩年前提供彭阿公到宅關懷服務，陪他參與各種戶外活動。彭阿公昨天老淚縱橫地說，「若不是華山，我這樣的身體，交通又不方便，誰會帶我出來？」

長者們為了提高團隊氣勢，精心打扮，深坑的爺爺奶奶們綁上頭巾，化身羽球健將，淡水的扮成籃球隊員，新莊的穿上運動校服。大家透過泡泡龍創意活動工作室講師的指導，進行接力滾大球、創意進洞、投球九宮格等闖關遊戲，活動筋骨。
