房價漲勢緩　美股續跌

最新公布數據顯示美國20大城市房價漲幅趨緩，加上投資人持續觀察伊拉克情勢進展，美國股市今早盤跌2日走跌。
 
道瓊工業指數早盤下挫0.2%至16902.35點，S&P 500指數下跌0.2%至1959.10點，納斯達克指數則小漲0.12%至4373.70點。
 
Deutsche Postbank策略師宋南喜恩說：「股價已高，伊拉克情勢緊張，稍事休息是合理之舉，投資人仍在等待更多經濟和企業走出疲軟第1季的跡象，市場可能有些緊張但還算穩定，震盪不大。」
 
衡量全美20大城市房價的4月標普／CS指數較去年4月攀升10.8%，漲幅創逾1年來最小。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
