國發會拚出口 三管齊下

為加強產業競爭力拚出口，國發會彙整六大部會意見完成「商品出口轉型行動方案」，將藉產品轉型、市場拓展與行銷通路三大構面，促進輸出結構與模式轉型，期望中小企業能以「千軍萬馬奔騰」之勢，開創新出口動能。

國發會主任秘書高仙桂表示，自2000年以來，台灣出口商品成長趨緩，出口成長率比全球還低，且台灣出口商品採代工生產模式，出口集中於少數資通訊（ICT）中間財產品，市場也過度集中亞洲新興市場，都成為我國出口拓展面臨的課題。

她指出，面對中國大陸ICT產業鏈逐漸完備，區域經濟整合加速展開，台灣廠商現已處於不利競爭地位，須突破傳統思維，由以往的價格競爭轉為創造價值、行銷價值，打造台灣新出口模式。

國發會委員會昨天通過「商品出口轉型行動方案」，匯集經濟部、外交部、財政部、金管會、文化部、農委會意見，將陳報行政院核定後加速推動。
