婚後驚見裸照　夫：好東西要和朋友一起看

1名王姓男子婚前涉偷拍妻子，還line給朋友，婚後妻子意外發現自己裸照，怒告丈夫。士林地檢署偵結，將王男依妨害秘密罪起訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，王男(47歲)和女友交往多時，去年8月，女友到男方住處，洗完澡後未穿衣服就直接上床睡覺。王男見她熟睡，拿起手機拍下裸照。婚後某次妻子代接丈夫手機，赫見手機內存有自己的裸照，還line給其他人，氣得大罵「你怎麼可以偷拍？」丈夫卻回稱「好東西當然要和朋友一起看啊！」

檢警調查，王男應只將照片傳給「一名朋友」，而「散布」須使不特定人或多數人觀看的構成要件不符。但檢方指出，王無故朝女方的身體隱私部位照相，已涉妨害秘密。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
