檢方借提續做精神鑑定　鄭捷怒瞪媒體

犯下北捷隨機殺人案的凶嫌鄭捷，23日上午9時許再次被檢方借提，繼續完成精神鑑定的後續程序。鄭捷在警方的帶領下離開看守所，被押解上車前還朝所外的媒體怒瞪一眼。

新北地檢署偵辦為偵辦北捷殺人案，向台大醫院精神科就鄭捷精神鑑定問題確定細節，經過審慎評估後，日前已啟動精神鑑定作業，並告知鄭捷將會做精神鑑定，詢問其意見，鄭捷也同意檢方的安排。

檢方為能順利完成鑑定，因此對於諸多細節十分保密，而台大醫院近日也將對鄭捷家屬，或是同學朋友進行訪談。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，鄭捷23日上午9時許再次被檢方借提，繼續完成精神鑑定的後續程序，他穿著黑衣黑褲，戴著手銬、腳鐐被帶離看守所，被警方押解上車前，還怒瞪所外媒體一眼，眼神非常肅殺。
