興櫃股王F-通訊（6404）預計在27日舉辦上櫃前業績發表會，由於該公司發跡於中國大陸，為國內第三家申請掛牌上市的中國通路商，加上國內不少知名公司皆為其股東，因此上櫃前業績發表會格外受到市場矚目。

F-通訊目前資本額約1.9億元，成立於2011年，專攻大陸手機應用軟體、遊戲軟體等推廣通路、手機遊戲營運及提供其他增值服務，目前主要客戶有騰訊、百度、中興、華為等大咖公司。

F-通訊擁有1.5億個手機用戶，約占大陸手機用戶11.2億戶中的13.4%，去年營收7.6億元，稅後純益2.1億元，每股稅後純益10.89元，獲利創歷史新高，並配發8.89元股利，其中，8元為股票股利，0.89元為現金股利，興櫃最高股價曾達401.99元。

F-通訊去年10月起也宣布將以相同的營運模式擴展海外市場，目前已成功切入東南亞、俄羅斯等市場，並被公司內部視為未來業績成長的關鍵動能。
