人物觀察／蔣丙煌，重視團隊 不當明星

科技政委蔣丙煌上任滿一季，這段時間，外界好奇，相較他的「前一手」們，如有資通訊長才的科技部長張善政、院士級的經濟學家朱敬一，任內都曾讓外界留下極深印象。食安領域出身的蔣丙煌，如何在前人光環下走出自己的路，並協助台灣力抗南韓、大陸等科技強敵。

或許是過去長年在台大擔任行政管理職，蔣丙煌相當重視團隊與群策群力，他笑說，一個人的專業有限，懂了生技，未必能懂資通訊，作為一個科技政委，除要想辦法看得廣外，最重要的事就是「利用人」，找到各個領域學有專精的人，一起來貢獻力量。

蔣丙煌的同事形容，「他很聰明、很努力，碰到非自己專長領域，會很用心聆聽、學習，不會強出頭」。蔣丙煌也笑稱自己，從前當學者，可以恣意批評時政，但現在到政府工作，眼前的每個事都是自己的事，就必須盡力釐清問題、找到解決方法。

提到自己專長的食安，蔣丙煌猶如大師般，一一針砭現行食安管理體系裡的「薄弱環節」；提到非個人專精的資通訊話題，他雖是謙遜，但也能「無破綻」地把關鍵問題講清楚，足見這段時間他下足不少功夫。
