勞動將部徹查 血汗保全案

（中央社記者溫貴香台北13日電）已離職的王姓保全員今天說，在農試所擔任保全員期間發生連續執勤1008小時。勞動部指示徹查。

已離職、原派駐到農委會霧峰農業試驗所擔任保全員的王先生下午在民主進步黨籍立法委員鄭麗君陪同下召開記者會表示，農試所保全工作屬外包業務，得標的保全公司在低價搶標後，公然剝削保全員法定權益。

他表示，2012年2月起他被保全公司派駐到農委會霧峰農業試驗所擔任保全，每天工作12小時，任職保全員15個半月的時間，除最後半個月被迫提早離職，任職15個月的總工時6882小時，平均每月總工時為458.8小時，他說，「這不是血汗保全，什麼才是血汗？」

王先生說，上班期間每週有1天得工作24小時，過年9天年假沒休息，連續上班42天，甚至完全沒依照時數發給加班費。

他表示，2013年起，因有保全離職，公司沒補人，還叫他兼任組長，每天執勤24小時；其中有1008小時電話都開機，處於隨傳隨到狀態，根本無法與家人正常生活，向農試所陳情、開會都沒用，去年5月受不了而離開。

勞動部勞動條件司專門委員黃維琛表示驚訝，並說已指示台中市勞工局，務必徹查相關勞動問題。

台灣勞工陣線秘書長孫友聯表示，根據勞動部規定，保全員每月含加班最高工時為312小時，王先生的狀況已明顯超標。1030613
