對話露骨 小三判賠元配20萬

陳姓婦人在家中使用電腦，意外發現丈夫與丁姓女子的鹹濕對話，丁女傳簡訊「你讓我等得好辛苦」、「害我昨天穿得那麼性感等你」；雖然刑事部分不起訴，但高等法院認定丁女行為造成陳女精神受苦，判應賠償20萬元定讞。

陳姓婦人提告指出，她和丈夫育有子女，三年前她偶然聽見丈夫的手機傳來女性聲音「你要早點來喔」，懷疑丈夫外遇。後來她使用電腦時，在丈夫的MSN軟體通訊紀錄中，發現丈夫留言給丁女「晚上有獎品給妳。」

陳婦說，兩人在電腦上對話曖昧鹹濕，有「早上我很爽」、「你晚上要來我家，彌補我這兩天」、「讓我等得好辛苦」、「以為你今天會來，穿了性感小褲褲說」等語，丈夫雖然安慰她，但仍和丁女繼續交往，前年二月還同遊澳門，使她精神痛苦，丁女應賠償100萬元。

刑事部分，因沒有當場抓姦的證據，檢方處分不起訴。民事部分，一審判丁女應賠償20萬元。丁女不服上訴，日前遭高院駁回，判賠確定。
