【動新聞】首例！英判林克穎　引渡來台服刑

英商林克穎酒駕撞死送報孝子黃俊德，遭判刑4年定讞，前年8月他潛逃出境，英國法院昨判決將他引渡來台服刑。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，林克穎前年8月發監前夕潛逃出境，去年10月台、英簽署「關於引渡林克穎了解備忘錄」，英國愛丁堡法院隨即逮捕收押林迄今9個月，歷經17次審理，昨晚判決引渡林男來台服刑。

死者黃俊德的鄭姓姊夫說：「謝謝英國法院願相信台灣的司法，還我們公道，希望早日引渡林來台服刑。」法務部發言人陳明堂說：「此案創下台灣自國外引渡罪犯回國首例。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
