北市高姓計程車司機駕車行經信義區，見一名女子清晨遊蕩街頭，搭訕發現女子弱智可欺，竟將她載往賓館性侵後丟包；事後女子在街頭閒晃慘遭撞傷送醫，其姊探視發現喜歡蒐集名片的妹妹身上竟有賓館名片，報警循線查出高涉嫌性侵。高辯稱是女子主動邀約性交易，高院認為，高姓司機利用女子不知抗拒的缺陷帶往賓館發生性行為，但考量高已賠償家屬8萬8000元，判刑4年確定。
