【更新】撞死人判7年　男駕車墜海亡

新北市萬里區的瑪鋉漁港今天晚間7時發生車輛落海意外，新北市消防局獲報立即派人車趕抵現場救援。於晚間8時50分，潛水救難人員發現車輛，並在車內找到1名年約50歲男子，但已無生命跡象，雖緊急送往基隆長庚醫院搶救但仍不治。

警方調查發現，死者張男去年在桃園地區酒駕蓄意撞死騎士，去年底高院昨依傷害致死罪判張男徒刑七年二月，仍可上訴，未料張男昨晚竟墜海身亡，警方在張男座車後車廂發現釣具，經查看監視器畫面後發現，車輛並無煞車的跡象，詳細原因仍待進一步調查。
