門前見兒被打 父持鐮刀砍人

〔自由時報記者蔡孟尚／新竹報導〕新竹縣潘姓少年前晚在家門口與3名友人聊天，另一掛青少年嫌太大聲且態度不好，竟出手打人，潘父目睹兒子被打，且對方有7人，護子心切拿鐮刀砍向對方，其中魏姓男子被砍到頭破血流，潘父當天深夜出面投案。

家住新竹縣關西鎮大義街的潘姓男子（42歲），前晚8點多聽到樓下有爭吵喊叫聲，探頭發現有群青少年在打他17歲的兒子，遂拿起除草用的鐮刀衝下樓，21歲魏男被他砍到頭破血流，醫師診斷有頭部撕裂傷和顱骨骨折，無生命危險。

警方到場，在附近草叢裡找到長約40公分的兇刀，刀柄處還有斑斑血跡。

警方調查，兩群青少年發生衝突時，潘少這方只有4人，對方則有7人，潘父看到兒子這邊寡不敵眾，心急下才拿鐮刀加入戰局。

「我看到兒子被一群人拿安全帽圍毆，只想趕快下去救人！」潘父砍人過程中也被對方打到，他當晚11點向桃園縣楊梅警分局投案，警方昨完成偵訊作業，將他依重傷害罪嫌移送新竹地檢署偵辦。
