賊星該敗！　手機遺落現場現形

基隆市1名30多歲有毒品、竊盜等多項前科陳姓男子，去年8、9月間，陸續前往肉攤、小吃店、撞球場及早餐店等處行竊，竊取金額從1百至6千元不等，最後1次在早餐店闖空門時，不小心將手機掉落在現場，屋主發現遭宵小闖入，看到1支不明手機，研判是竊賊所有，報警處理。

警方查出是陳姓慣竊，基隆一分局延平所警員徐觀海執勤時，發現陳嫌並予追捕，陳嫌奮力反抗拉扯，致徐警手、腳多處撕裂傷，陳嫌最後仍被制伏，全案審結，4次行竊各判刑7月，應執行1年6月刑期，另外，傷害罪判刑3月，此案可易科罰金。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
