民代公益論壇／玩線上遊戲 年輕人學立法

「台灣地方民代公益論壇」昨天在台北市議會舉辦年度論壇，邀請來自美國、日本與歐盟議會代表，就各地區地方議會運作情形交換意見。全美洲議會聯合會主席Bruce Starr表示，他們已研發立法程序線上遊戲，讓年輕人熟悉議事運作，從而培養參與政治興趣。

與會代表除討論議會運作透明化等議題，對於近年來年輕人對政治疏離感加深的現象也交換意見。日本議會地方議員聯盟松田良昭則說，現在從高中下手，以成立學生模擬議會方式，讓學生實際參與議事過程。

馬英九總統昨以賀電盼藉這項盛事，強化經驗交流平台，體現為民服務理念。內政部長陳威仁、台北市長郝龍斌、台北市議長吳碧珠都出席致意。

該論壇於民國九十九年八月，由台北市議員林晉章推動成立，每年針對地方議會運作辦學術研討會，討論如財政收支劃分、議會運作透明化等議題。
