酒醉副駕拒臨檢　開車衝撞女騎士3萬交保

台北市7日凌晨一名男駕駛開著白色LEXUS遭警方臨檢，駕駛原本乖乖下車接受攔查，沒想到坐在副駕駛座的男性友人竟衝到駕駛座將車開走，卻撞到4、5輛汽車和機車，使一名機車女騎士骨盆碎裂，醫院已開出病危通知。警方訊後將肇事男子依過失傷害、公共危險及毀損等罪，3萬元交保，男子酒醒後很後悔，表示想到醫院看女騎士。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，這輛肇事轎車的車主行經安和路時遇到警方攔查，他乖乖下車接受酒測，沒想到副駕駛座的男性友人疑似發酒瘋，竟下車衝到駕駛座將車開走，企圖逃逸。

男子開不到400公尺就發生車禍，男子先在安和路與樂利路闖紅燈，又撞上路旁一名騎機車的女駕駛，之後失控撞上黑色與銀色2輛轎車，撞擊力太大，銀色轎車被撞得往後彈，波及後方2輛轎車，肇事男子直到撞到人行道才停下，被警方逮個正著。

警方在車禍現場拉起一排封鎖線，4、5輛汽車和機車全被撞得面目全非，警方替肇事男子酒測值高達0.98，警方表示，車上有2男2女，全車都是酒味，警方訊後依過失傷害、公共危險及毀損等罪，讓男子3萬元交保，男子酒醒後很後悔，表示想到醫院看女騎士。

但遭撞的女騎士因骨盆碎裂，醫院已經發出病危通知，並送入加護病房觀察，女騎士的丈夫表示，女騎士當時是為了要等他下班，沒想到卻因此發生意外，令他非常難過。
