亮槍搶菸酒行 假釋犯判7年6月

假釋犯張家榮3月5日晚間打劫台北市北投區一家菸酒行，他持德製手槍抵住黃姓老闆胸口，要脅夫妻進入主臥室；在樓上念書的女兒驚覺有異，按下保全公司緊急求救鈕求援；警方趕到，張棄械投降。士林地方法院日前依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、加重強盜罪判張有期徒刑7 年6月，併科罰金5萬元。

張家榮（41歲）曾犯懲治盜匪條例，假釋至2016年5月19日期滿，自稱因欠債而需錢孔急。張說，他所持有的德國SIG SAUER廠P228型、巴西TAURUS廠PT111PRO型兩把手槍和子彈60顆是穆姓友人託他保管，而穆已過世。
