國產牛肉傳遭灌水 台南肉品市場有信心

國內土本牛肉傳出灌水賺取暴利，台南市肉品市場總經理黃文賢上午表示，台南市的肉品市場肉牛多供應清燙牛肉使用，業者若灌水，肉質將明顯變差，立即遭消費者排斥，尤其肉品市場近來管控嚴格，他不太相信業者敢在肉品市場搞鬼。

台南市肉品市場是台灣主要牛肉屠宰場之一，已打響名號的台南清燙牛肉多採用肉品市場屠宰的牛隻，傳出牛肉遭灌水，引起許多消費者與養牛業者關注。

黃文賢表示，台南肉品市場安裝大批監視器材，場內各角落都能監控，一旦查獲都將處分，台南肉品市場牛肉多生鮮供應，牛肉灌水對業者來說風險太大，應不致有類似行為，但是否有個別業者在場外灌水，因部分業者自有銷售管道，沒有人敢保證。
