行竊腳踏車 辯稱以為沒人要

台北市69歲林姓老翁從事資源回收工作，今天上午他在台北市東園街上，將鄭姓婦人停在路邊的腳踏車搬走，鄭婦發現失竊後報警。警方根據監視器畫面循線追查，在另外一間派出所外發現他騎乘該腳踏車的身影，將他攔下逮捕。他被捕後辯稱「我以為這輛車沒人的，要拿去賣掉」，警方將他依照竊盜罪嫌依法送辦。
