大學畢業起薪 少14年前547元

>6月份又是大學畢業生要踏出校園之際，勞動部的統計，去年台灣大學畢業生的起薪26K，將近27K，比14年前還縮水547元，但是這14年來物價累計漲幅卻超過15%，再來看看對岸大陸的一線城市，北京和上海大學畢業生的平均起薪，其實已經跟台灣大學生一樣了。>>

又到了鳳凰花開的季節，要畢業了，面對未來，台灣的大學生很徬徨。大學生：「大三。」記者：「大三、大三就開始找工作？」大學生：「對因為工作很難找，總要比別人早一步，你這樣才有優勢啊。」

根據勞動部統計，去年台灣大學畢業生的起薪，2萬6915元，比88年，也就是14年前的2萬7462元，少了547元，但是這14年來，物價累計漲幅卻超過，15%，讓許多大學畢業生，要走出校園之際好緊張。

大學生：「我就想要先了解現在的就業市場，大概分布是怎樣，那趨勢在那一塊？這樣我才可以提前準備。」

再看看對岸，今年大學畢業生的人數，再創歷史新高，到達727萬人，就業相對競爭，至於畢業的起薪，北京的大學生認為…。北京大學生：「一萬(人民幣)以上吧，我是學數學的，好的人(薪資)應該會特別高，但是低的人，應該也會比這個數字要低的。」

根據調查，台灣新鮮人起薪2萬5，比大陸的1萬6，多了8900多元，如果以大學畢業生來看，沿海城市的北京、天津和上海2萬6048元台幣，和台灣的大學畢業生起薪2萬6915，只差867元，幾乎追平。
