標題[討論] 真的高湯與高湯粉的差異？

之前曾聽說台北有很多拉麵店的高湯其實是粉泡的 但畢竟本人嘴巴沒辦法分到那麼細 所以大多都是覺得好吃就會再訪 不過今天吃到一家店吃完有點疑惑 把湯喝完的碗底有很多黑點 很像平常自己泡麵的調味包泡過後喝完的殘渣 而且喝的時候也有點懷疑口感跟味道以及他號稱的高湯不大符合 乍吃之下味道不錯 但吃完感受不到熬煮高湯的感覺非常強烈 請問一般真的熬的高湯有可能會有那種黑點嗎？ 印象自己老媽熬湯熬了幾十年都沒看過... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.162.56.200 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1401638873.A.90F.html
