愛德萬獲十大最佳供應商

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2014年5月31日電）測試設備大廠愛德萬測試(Advantest)宣布，獲市場分析機構VLSIresearch 2014十大最佳供應商，連續26年獲此殊榮。

愛德萬測試表示，市場研究機構VLSIresearch日前公布2014年十大最佳供應商名單，愛德萬測試連續26年榮獲殊榮。

愛德萬測試表示，此次調查對象涵蓋全球95%半導體廠商，包括整合元件製造廠(IDM)、IC設計公司、晶圓封測代工廠在內。

愛德萬測試指出，此次調查結果顯示，愛德萬測試不僅在「最佳測試設備供應商」項目中名列前茅，同時獲得「十大最佳大型晶片製造設備供應商」肯定，所得評分為歷年來最高。

在年度調查中，愛德萬測試表示，共在「供應商推薦」與「技術領導地位」2大項獲得客戶最高評分，評分緊追在後的項目包括「供應商信任度」、「測試結果品質」及「產品性能」3項。

愛德萬測試總裁暨執行長松野晴夫表示，60年來愛德萬測試致力為半導體產業提供高品質、高穩定性、具成本競爭力的測試設備，始終深獲客戶倚重。
