大陸麻疹暴增 男感染返台就醫

（中央社記者陳清芳台北2014年5月31日電）中國大陸今年麻疹病例倍增，一名在北京工作的40歲台灣男子在當地遭到感染，回台就醫，他的21名接觸者正接受防疫單位追蹤。

衛生福利部疾病管制署今天指出，這名男子5月16日出現發燒等身體不適症狀，19日開始發紅疹，22日自北京搭機返台，經就醫通報後確診，目前已解除隔離在家休養。

衛生單位已掌握21名接觸者，包括親友、同班機旅客、就醫時曾接觸相關醫護人員與病患，目前尚未發現有疑似麻疹症狀者，預計追蹤觀察至6月10日。

截至5月30日止，國內共出現14例麻疹確定病例，其中至東南亞探親或居住時感染的有菲律賓5例、印尼1例、馬來西亞1例、越南1例，4例為中國大陸境外移入，另有2例於國內遭菲律賓境外移入個案所感染。

監測資料顯示，中國大陸今年1至4月共通報2萬5114例麻疹病例，較去年同期1萬3016例增加92.9%，目前疫情呈上升趨勢；疾管署針對中國大陸麻疹旅遊疫情建議，仍維持第一級：注意（Watch）。
