凱擘大寬頻接無線AP的設定？

換凱擘大寬頻後，遇到一個問題，因為凱擘寬頻的CABLE MODEM在一樓，所以我拉一條網路線接上二樓的D-link DIR600無線AP。

Cable Modem為四孔那種，設定畫面是Router Mode。
有在DIR600上設定CABLE MODEM的MAC ADDRESS。
接上後，一、二樓的能腦皆能順利上網，但發現二個問題，想請各位前輩指導一下。
接上後一樓的PC IP:192.168.0.15(簡稱1F)，二樓的IP:192.168.1.209(簡稱2F)，2F可以PING到1F，也可以遠端桌面連到1F，
但1F卻PING不到2F，當然也無法遠端桌面連總2F，請問我要怎麼設定才能雙向的連絡？？雙向的正常使用遠端桌面？？

我以同樣設定的方式，D-LINK DIR600的網路線是插在LAN上才通，但CERIO DT200，卻是接在WAN(INTERNET)才會通？為什麼？
