知名教授坐高鐵逃票　被抓包遭檢方起訴

國立中山大學知名教授徐正戎涉嫌貪圖幾千元，搭高鐵時只買「台北—板橋」、「台南—左營」，只花了195元就從台北坐到左營，出站時被站務員發現車票上的驗票章造假，29日被高雄地檢署依偽造文書罪、詐欺得利未遂罪起訴。

徐正戎是中山大學亞太所法律組教授，曾被邀請擔任憲法法庭鑑定人，是法國巴黎第二大學法律研究所法學博士，目前借調至國立聯合大學，擔任人文與社會學院院長。

徐正戎今年3月份，要從台北到左營，但他只買了「台北—板橋」、「台南—左營」兩段短程車票，用來進站跟出站，總共只花195元，省下1435元，但在左營要出站時，無法通過感應閘門，站務員上前察看，發現徐正戎的車票上有偽造的驗票章，當場被移送法辦。

但徐正戎供稱，他在台北車站遇到一名不認識的男子，男子告訴他這樣子買比較省錢，並不知道犯法，但檢方認為2人是共犯，將徐正戎依偽造文書罪、詐欺得利未遂罪起訴。
