桃園合宜住宅案 趙藤雄遭聲押

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北2014年5月30日電）台北地檢署偵辦遠雄公司涉行賄取得桃園縣八德合宜住宅標案，今晚複訊遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄後，向台北地方法院聲請羈押禁見。

桃園縣政府八德合宜住宅興建案，號稱是首件由地方政府主導的合宜住宅，申請條件是中低收入戶、無自有住宅者。本案在4月間由遠雄以新台幣近13億元得標，取得投資興建資格。

辦案人員指出，遠雄為取得標案，涉嫌指示員工透過以生態建築聞名、接受過探索（Discovery）頻道專訪的前國立台北科技大學設計學院院長蔡仁惠向葉世文行賄。

辦案人員追查，葉男涉嫌收受賄賂後，在今年4月到5月間辦理八德合宜住宅標案時，利用擔任主持評選、價格標主席的機會，使遠雄順利取得標案，獲得不法利益。

檢方認定葉世文涉犯貪污治罪條例違背職務收受賄賂罪嫌，遠雄公司人員則涉犯違背職務行賄罪嫌。

北檢檢察官陳玉萍偕同檢察官張智堯、黃冠運，上午指揮廉政署超過百名廉政官，持20張搜索票到台北市、桃園縣、新北市等地，搜索葉世文的辦公室、住處，扣得現金1800萬元，在遠雄公司辦公室扣得相關帳冊，並傳喚葉世文、趙藤雄等18人到案說明。
