臉書PO文嗆「到夜市將人全殺光」　警循線找到精障男

521台北捷運江子翠站發生隨機砍殺案，事後引發一連串連鎖效應，不斷有人在網路上放話，要以各種形式隨機殺人。而一名79年次的陳姓男子則於臉書po文，稱要持刀到新北市永和區樂華夜市殺人，警方聞訊後循線找到他，並準備將其逮捕。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，這名陳姓男子29日在臉書留下「白癡才會在密閉空間玩殺人的小遊戲」、「殺人還不簡單！等等一秒倒一個！」等字眼，更稱要持刀到樂華夜市將所有的人全部殺光。

警方查到陳男地址後前往查看，發現陳男並無明顯犯罪準備。報導稱，陳男母親表示，兒子罹患精神疾病並領有重大傷病證明卡，在網路上的發言並非本意，沒有要到夜市犯案。

而警方事後也通報衛生局，並將陳男在網路上發表的言論完整蒐證函送檢方偵辦。警方指出，已要求有關單位協助鑑定其精神狀況，以判定陳男是否需強制送醫，而在他未就醫前，警方也將加派警力前往查訪陳男。
