元大金併南韓東洋證 Q3達陣

券商打亞洲盃由元大寶來證券跨出第一步，收購南韓東洋證券腳步加快進行。繼3月中完成南韓法院得標程序後，上周再獲得南韓國金融監理機關（FSC）核准，全案預計今年第3季前跑完程序，取得50.3%股權。

據元大金規劃，此交易案完成後，將力拚2016年達成損益兩平。

元大寶來證券發言人陳修偉昨（27）日表示，取得雙方主管機關核准後，將陸續派駐國際部主管及相關高層至東洋證券，準備入主。元大寶來證券入主東洋證券分為兩階段，已完成的第一階段，為元大金以1,249.3億韓元（約新台幣35.6億元）取得東洋證券兩大股東27.1%股權。

目前進行的第二階段，則是元大寶來證再認購東洋證券增資發行的7,143萬股，預計第3季前即可完成。總計兩階段共投資2,750億韓元（約新台幣78.4億元）。

陳修偉說，目前最重要的是穩定東洋證券的營運，由於前大股東淘空東洋證券，新任經營者上任後，考量到營運效益已將據點縮至88個。

陳修偉還指出，東洋證券為南韓排名第六的券商，財富管理業務是強項之一。
