民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨天到台中監獄培德醫院探視前總統陳水扁，他要求馬政府讓陳水扁早日離開監禁環境，接受居家療養，蘇貞昌說：「扁已經關得夠久了」。同行的有立委柯建銘與蔡其昌、前立委劉文慶等人。

陳水扁和蘇貞昌等人聊到，他日前看報，民進黨中央邀憲政專家討論憲政修改方向，陳水扁說這是很對的方向，因為現在台灣憲政制度四不像，既非內閣也非總統制，更非法國雙首長制，是台灣亂源之一，陳水扁強調，他支持黨中央的修憲方向。

蘇貞昌探視後說，他呼籲盡速讓陳水扁保外就醫，昨天看到阿扁總統身體還是一樣差，經台中榮總醫院出證明，應讓扁離開監禁環境，接受居家療養，蘇貞昌說，端午節將到，希望馬政府尊重醫院報告，讓扁接受居家療養。

蔡其昌表示，昨天探視陳水扁是關心他的身體狀況，政府應尊重醫療專業評估，不管喜不喜歡阿扁，都應讓陳居家療養。
