性侵臥病7旬嬤　鄰男辯：下體燙傷幫擦藥

台東1名丁姓男子(46歲)涉手指性侵77歲臥床老婦鄰居，辯稱因她下體遭燙傷紅腫，應要求幫忙擦藥。台東地方法院審結，判刑3年6月。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，丁男在去年2月某日上午，假借看電視獨坐在老婦家客廳，趁家屬臨時有事外出，他把手伸入老婦衛生褲、紙尿褲內，撫摸下體，被害人驚醒抗抵仍不敵丁男，遭手指性侵得逞。丁男到案否認，辯稱老婦因下體遭燙傷紅腫，要求他協助擦藥，之後又改口因好奇插入。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
