後巷變成情藝巷 新人拍婚紗

台北市推動後巷美化工程計畫至今突破1111條，北市衛生下水道工程處工程員朱志(峰)更偕同未婚妻至美化後的「情藝巷」拍婚紗。

台北市工務局表示，為提升後巷污水接管率，鼓勵民眾配合施工意願，台北市政府自民國87年起推動後巷美化工程計畫，截至今年5月已突破1111條。

第1111後巷位於北投區中和街455巷2弄，以鋼琴琴鍵為主軸，輔以花卉、動物等圖案，取名「情藝巷」。

衛生下水道工程處長陳永輝表示，過去台北市建物後巷大多是違規增建，充斥骯髒臭氣且空間狹小，居民多不願意接近，為使民眾接受污水下水道接管，先勸導民眾主動清除後巷障礙，預留足夠施工空間，在環境條件許可下，讓在地居民、里長等構思發想，美化後巷。

衛工處科長廖俊豪說，後巷美化後成為孩童安全玩樂的「遊戲巷」，也是居民散步、泡茶聊天，聯絡感情的「生活巷」。

在衛工處擔任工程員的朱志(峰)說，他在衛工處認識女友後，兩人從相識、相知到相惜，最後決定結婚，也選擇在美化後的「情藝巷」拍婚紗，象徵兩人的「情意」。
