檢追洩密 鄭捷筆電送鑑定

新北地檢署偵辦鄭捷殺人案昨日將鄭捷筆電文字檔案送往刑事局鑑定，釐清鄭捷是否有殺人計畫或連篇小說。據了解，日前媒體大肆報導鄭捷撰寫小說的內容，檢方懷疑有員警打開扣案鄭捷電腦內的檔案，將小說內容洩露給媒體，若鑑定屬實，不排除分案辦員警洩密。

檢方昨天傳訊被鄭捷砍傷手臂的十八歲高三女學生，女學生指出，當時在玩手機，聽到有人瘋狂尖叫，她抬頭看到拿著刀子的鄭捷，嚇得跟著往後跑，因車廂內太多人逃跑，大家擠在一起，她被鄭捷追上砍傷右手臂，所幸列車快到站，門一打開她就衝出去。

有媒體及名嘴稱警方在鄭捷筆電裡發現名稱為「Dream」的資料夾，裡面有上百篇他寫的短篇小說，還敘述內容，檢方懷疑有員警洩密，已將筆電送往刑事局鑑定，確認文章檔案是否曾被人開啟或複製。

台北看守所表示，透過獨居房監視器觀察，鄭捷三餐作息正常，看不出殺人後有何異狀，他的父母仍沒有探視。

此外，為讓民眾搭北捷有更大安全感，台北市警察局從上周開始，安排特勤中隊隊員，以兩到三人為一組，採不定時、不定線方式，隨機巡邏捷運列車；隊員手持已上彈的MP5衝鋒槍，以應付捷運車廂發生的突發狀況，希望藉由特勤中隊的武裝形象，讓乘客盡快回歸正常生活。
