捨永定土樓改往華安 劫數難逃

五福旅行社福建旅行團昨天在漳州發生意外，副總經理蔡孟宗表示，落水失蹤的七人疑不幸罹難，因大雨關係路況不佳，旅行團為安全起見，不去既定行程中的永定土樓，改往華安土樓，沒想到還是難逃一劫。

五福旅行社已安排約廿位傷亡者家屬，搭乘今早八點四十五分的華信航空班機，前往當地處理後續事宜。

蔡孟宗表示，這次發生意外的旅行團是由領隊陳玉英帶團，團員大都來自桃竹苗、平均年齡約五、六十歲，四天三夜行程從五月廿二日至廿五日。

昨天行程才走到第二天，中午原訂前往永定土樓，但因傳出道路坍方，因而更改景點前往華安土樓，沒想到路況因連日大雨同樣不佳，遊覽車因而打滑翻覆至九龍江中，造成三死、四失蹤、十七人受傷的重大意外。

針對外界質疑為何路況不佳依舊要繼續行程？蔡孟宗解釋，景點變更要取得旅客同意，不能片面決定。日後類似行程的出團會先取得遊客同意，避開危險路段，不再讓災難重演。
