男子行車糾紛涉嫌持玩具槍嗆聲　警方循線查獲

因超車發生行車糾紛，林姓男子涉嫌亮槍威嚇要讓對方吃子彈；警方據報循線查出林嫌為轄區列管治安人口，並在林嫌身上背包內及他所駕駛的自小客車內，查獲玩具手槍2支及K他命磨粉用K盤1個。警方將全案依毒品、恐嚇、社會秩序維護法罪嫌，將林嫌函送地檢署偵辦。

東勢分局東勢派出所日前接獲劉姓民眾神情慌張的到派出所報案，指稱在東勢區東勢大橋東端與一輛白色自小客車，因超車發生行車糾紛，竟遭對方車主亮槍威嚇要讓他吃子彈，被害人感到害怕不已而向派出所求救。

員警根據被害人提供車號及描述駕駛特徵，查出駕駛嫌犯為轄區列管治安人口林姓男子(31歲)，派出所員警隨即布線查緝林嫌。員警循線查緝，當場在林嫌身上背包內及他所駕駛的白色自小客車的車內，查獲玩具手槍各1支及K他命磨粉用K盤1個。

林嫌於警訊中坦承因不滿被害人超車行為，才利用紅燈停車時，持玩具手槍恐嚇被害人，嗆聲要讓其吃子彈；但遭警方查獲到案後，卻改口辯稱玩具手槍是要用來打小鳥，原本要將玩具手槍丟棄，目前手槍已遭查扣列為犯案證物。

劉姓被害人向警方表示，自從遭林嫌持槍恐嚇後，心理感到非常害怕，無法正常入睡，精神也受到影響，導致無法專心工作，對於警方能及時將犯嫌繩之以法，讓他終於能安心入眠，深表敬佩與感謝。
