李蒙尼(Marcus Lemonis)很快就能認出誰是成功的企業家，誰又不是。他目前擔任Camping World公司董事長兼執行長。

是那些特點，讓成功的人與其他人區隔了開來？李蒙尼分享了三項特點：

1.早起

李蒙尼所認識的每一位成功企業人士都有早起習慣。「他們總是第一個上班，最後一個下班，」他說。李蒙尼本人每早五點起床。研究發現，早起的人較先知先覺，較具生產力。

2.要有數字觀念

李蒙尼說，企業家需要了解如何閱讀並準備財務報表。「他們需要做出業務決策，他們需要事實與數據，支持做出決策，」李蒙尼說。「如果問某人是否知道自已的數字，他們卻不知道，就會讓人失去信心。」

3.了解員工與企業較自己重要

「在我的公司Camping World，我們有7000名員工，其中，我最不重要，」李蒙尼說。「我不與客戶交談，也不與銷售商交談。最終，公司老板不會了解諸多細節，我們需要員工，我們需要人。」
