標題[問題] 請問噪音的問題

各位午安 想問說,因附近有鄰居養狗和養了一堆鳥,把鳥都養在家中 可是整天都是狗和鳥的叫聲,中午吵就算了 這位鄰居晚上睡不著,就會一直逗著鳥和狗玩, 晚上吵得讓無法入眠,真的傷透腦筋了,已經持續很久了 隔天上班整個就沒精神,整晚睡不好 請問這個可以舉發?如果可以該向台南的哪個單位舉發呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.121.99.143 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1400911542.A.11C.html
