手機簡訊詐騙猖獗 1年暴增5倍

手機簡訊詐騙猖獗，現在更進一步利用不明網址，讓民眾下載駭客軟體，竊取每位用戶5000元的小額付費上限，光是今年1月到4月的被騙案件數，就比去年同期多了五倍，粗估受騙金額三百多萬。NCC要求業者，小額付費初始設定要關閉，否則如果被騙，業者要賠。

「老同學，來看一下我的照片」訊息透過LINE，透過電話，傳到你手機裡，照片顯示的是熟人，但其實，根本就是詐騙集團。還有這種，宅急便，要你點連結認證，好多人都收過同樣的詐騙簡訊。

民眾不要點來源不明的網址，千萬不要點。但統計發現，光是今年1月到4月，被這種小額付費簡訊詐騙的人，就比去年同期多了5倍。詐騙猖獗，立委要求趕快想對策。

NCC終於硬起來，要求業者從三月開始，所有小額付費的初始設定都得關閉，否則民眾被詐騙，業者要賠，消費也改成雙重認證。手機越來越方便，越來越容易被騙，民眾也得自己提高警覺。
