供應吃緊 單晶太陽能矽晶圓價揚

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年5月23日電）市調機構EnergyTrend表示，單晶太陽能矽晶圓供應吃緊，本周產品價格漲約0.8%。

EnergyTrend研究經理胥嘉政指出，隨著太陽能電池廠陸續導入高效製程，帶動單晶矽晶圓需求增溫，目前單晶矽晶圓供給吃緊。

據EnergyTrend調查，單晶矽晶圓本周現貨價攀高至每片1.205美元，漲約0.8%；多晶矽晶圓及電池現貨價則小跌。

胥嘉政說，因應需求成長，單晶矽晶圓廠紛紛擴產，同時透過技術改進降低生產成本。
