未派警力　朱立倫：依法不得成立捷運警察

北捷隨機殺人案第三日，警力仍是各界主要檢討部分，新北市長朱立倫今天上午出席三重區開元市民活動中心啟用典禮，針對台北市議員質疑新北市未派駐警力在捷運站，朱立倫澄清指出，34個捷運站及周邊是由新北負責，捷運站內則依照《大眾捷運法》規定，由捷運警察隊負責，捷運警察隊是由主管機關成立，「新北市依法不可以成立捷運警察隊」。
 
朱立倫強調，未來除了捷運站警力會繼續加強外，會和台北市政府協調，請中央多調撥一些警力，針對於捷運警察隊的部分加強，防範未來任何可能的情況。（曾佳俊／新北報導）
