比北捷警更快　高市警局長打包票

北捷發生恐怖屠殺事件，警力配置成外界關注話題，高市議員陳麗娜今天上午在市議會質詢高市警察局：「有狀況的話，高捷警察能比北捷警察更快到現場嗎？」
 
高市警察局長黃茂穗說：「我覺得應該沒問題。」議員陳麗娜要求「你覺得能做到，就應該努力。」
 
陳麗娜仍質疑搭高捷的安全性，緊接著追問市長陳菊：「這兩天接到很多朋友的電話，不敢搭捷運，市長是否能向市民保證搭高捷是安全的」。
 
陳菊表示，「對於北捷發生的事情，深表哀痛！」我們向市民保證，在這樣的氣氛下，已要求捷運的警力調配，此外在公共場域也會隨時注意市民的安全，高市府在公權力依法盡責的部分，都有責任保護市民的安全，市民若有疑慮，可隨時打110 報案，同時也要求見警力的增加，和高捷也依照契約，對於是否在車廂加裝監視器，雙方正磋商中。（石秀華／高雄報導）
