IC併購熱 F-IML、創傑成美企

台灣IC設計能力受到美國企業肯定，繼美國谷歌投資台灣驅動IC設計廠奇景之後，今年美國半導體大廠EXAR更是預計以67.5億元收購台灣的類比IC股F-IML（3638）、而昨日再添一家美國微控制器大廠微晶（Microchip）以99億元收購台灣的藍牙IC廠創傑（5261）。

創傑董座吳廣義表示，微晶與創傑是強強合併，並不是創傑經營不佳，台灣IC設計的企業及人才正以不同的形式在國際上發光，預料在強強合併之後，未來創傑將會在iBeacon、穿戴式等無線藍牙傳輸市場應用有更好的發展。

美國蘋果公司目前正在打造行動支付服務商機來看，由於iTunes Store已經有5.75億註冊用戶，過去5年來蘋果已售出3.75億台iPhone、1.55億台iPad，並早在2012年6月蘋果即已透露已經擁有超過4億綁定信用卡的iTunes帳戶，因此蘋果未來整合Passbook、Touch ID、iCloud鑰匙圈或iBeacon技術作大行動支付服務市場更是備受期待。

創傑以藍牙晶片成為蘋果MFi成員已有4年之久，更在今年取得蘋果的iBeacon相關認證，其符合iBeacon認證的藍牙晶片也將自本季開始逐步量產出貨給相關客戶，正當投資人看好iBeacon將為創傑帶來較高的本益比之時，創傑則宣布售予美國半導公司，未來將成美國企業下的子公司。

吳廣義也強調，目前創傑員工有221人，其中有7成為研發工程師，只要有能力、具國際競爭力的人才，不用擔心合併後裁員問題。他也相當自信表示，台灣的人才極具競爭力，IC設計產業是正以不同的形式躍上在國際舞台上展現實力。
