大姐頭逼債狠 1張欠條剝3層皮

大姐頭陳來春在台南市自組暴力討債集團，一張本票起碼剝兩層皮，3年來以凶狠討債、設局詐欺手段聞名，令借貸者「被打也不敢驗傷」，有中小企業老闆被逼得自殺。台南地檢署檢察官陳擁文昨日指揮警方將陳女拘提到案，被害人均鬆了口氣。

57歲的陳來春，3年前帶著一群小弟，在台南市安南區、永康區成立地下錢莊與六合彩地下簽賭站，卻以暴力恐嚇、設局詐騙為手段，層層詐騙剝削被害人。

1名開設電器設備工廠的陳姓商人，被陳女討債集團盯上，遭計畫性誘騙，陳女夥同友人設局，用芭樂票向陳姓商人下單訂貨，待支票跳票導致商人周轉不靈，再唆使向錢莊借款。

陳姓商人6年前陸續借600多萬，年利高達250%，他還款540萬，但本金加利息暴力集團還要他再還884萬，不但仍拿不回本票，更離譜的是其中1張欠條被逼重複還款3次，落得整座工廠遭強行罷占，躲回仁德區廢棄的舊廠房，陳女仍不放過他，繼續恐嚇，害陳姓商數度自殺獲救。

陳女暴力討債集團作風惡劣，手段凶狠，在圈內聞名，安南區、永康區陸續有被害人被逼得走投無路，只好向警方報案。
