港人闖解放軍總部案 3人認罪

（中央社台北20日電）2013年底發生4名香港居民闖入解放軍駐港部隊總部事件。3名嫌犯19日在法院接受審訊時，改口認罪，其中一名嫌犯未成年，將轉往少年法庭處理。

綜合新華社等大陸媒體今天報導，2013年12月底4名涉嫌擅自闖入解放軍駐港總部的香港居民，昨天在香港東區裁判法院接受審訊。被告招顯聰否認罪行外，張漢賢、謝詠雯和一名15歲少年從原先否認犯行，改為認罪。

報導說，香港東區裁判法院1月30日開庭審理這起闖入共軍駐港部隊總部案件。4人被控「無許可證進入禁區」罪，但否認。經過昨天審訊後，未成年被告將轉交少年法庭，認罪被告則收押至案件審訊完後判刑。

去年12月26日，「香港人優先」成員招顯聰帶領其他成員闖入香港添馬艦共軍駐港部隊總部示威。成員闖入共軍駐港部隊總部後，高呼「停建軍用碼頭」、「解放軍撤出香港」，並展示大英國協旗幟，隨即遭門口全副武裝站崗的軍人上前制止。

香港警方1月1日先後拘捕4名涉嫌闖入總部人士，分別為招顯聰、張漢賢、謝詠雯和一名15歲少年。
