刁民違停趕不走　辱罵衝撞全都來

台北車站前補習街每到下課時間，總有家長開車接小孩，臨停情形相當嚴重。昨天晚間10時許，更發生家長臨停遭到警員勸導多次不成，囂張辱罵警員還開車衝撞警員的離譜事件。

台北市忠孝西路、公園路交叉口文城補習班前，忠孝西派出所周姓警員發現1輛由何姓駕駛的休旅車，違停路邊等待小孩下課。警員上前勸離多次，何男全然不為所動堅持不離開。

直到何男的小孩下課準備上車時，何男竟囂張地下車找執勤警員理論，還大罵「你是爛警察」。周姓警員見狀，立即要以現行犯逮捕時，何男卻加不理會，還發動車子直接倒車，以車門衝撞警察，造成周警跌倒左手肘擦傷，直到警員對空鳴槍，周男才下車束手就擒。警方訊後依妨害公務罪將何姓男子移送法辦。（陳建緯／台北報導）
