瑞芳女警溫柔心　關懷獨居母親

禮拜天就是母親節，住在新北市瑞芳區的80多歲的陳老太太，與小兒子失聯許久，她年年都盼望小兒子能返家幫他過母親節，2年多前這位陳老太太因為撿拾紙箱做資源回收，被人控告竊盜，因竊盜屬於公訴罪，轄區瑞芳警分局不得已將她函送法辦，但警員私底下募集6千元現金和月餅，親自送到家中，希望兩老即使面對辛苦生活，也要努力過下去。

事隔2年，這位陳老太太的先生不幸往生，24歲的警員楊琇棻知道這消息之後，今日一早準備了物資前往探視慰問，楊琇棻表示，母親節將至，陳老太太家境清寒都靠補助過日子，同樣身為人子，只能略盡棉薄之力，過來探望陳老太太，希望陳老太太能感受到這社會的溫暖。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
