宏碁公告虧損前放空　2高層起訴

上市公司宏碁（2353）去年公告虧損131億元，但檢調卻發現，在公告之前，共有3組人馬涉嫌提前放空、賣股避損。其中宏碁發言人汪島雄出資讓凱基證券營業員羅方汝操作融券、放空，不法獲利180萬元。另投資人關係部經理陳炯淵則涉嫌，透過專業投資人楊金隆，先以人頭賣股，等消息公開後再回補，前後獲利、避損逾100萬元。其中汪、羅等人事後均坦承犯罪，並繳回犯罪所得，新北地檢署今將汪、陳等人依違反《證券交易法》內線交易罪起訴。(法庭中心／綜合報導）
