蛋糕金牌妹 幫阿媽過母親節

〔自由時報記者俞肇福／基隆報導〕這是最好的母親節禮物！

基隆市仁愛之家昨天中午兩位分別獲得國內、外蛋糕比賽冠軍的經國學院學生陳婷彣及簡如怡，帶著自製的大蛋糕，到仁愛之家幫阿嬤慶祝；廿位住民嬤嬤提前歡度母親節，看到學生們推蛋糕出來，阿嬤們笑得合不攏嘴。

日前剛獲弘光盃全國大專母親節蛋糕裝飾大賽的陳婷彣說，這次奪冠作品以羔羊跪乳為主題，旁邊則是台灣特有的金針花環繞，象徵母愛生生不息。

經國學院餐旅系學會會長林佳霈說，她是基隆在地人，知道仁愛之家很多阿嬤都是孤單過節，與餐旅系老師討論後，決定請兩位拿過蛋糕比賽冠軍的簡如怡、陳婷彣，製作蛋糕來仁家慰問獨老。

基隆仁愛之家主任王玫櫻，仁家住民一百一十四人，知道小朋友們要推蛋糕來慶祝，長者們都好期待；當學生推蛋糕進入餐廳，長者們非常開心，直說：「足感心」。

簡如怡跟陳婷彣看到自己作的蛋糕，受長者喜愛，有的長者還拉著她們的手問何時再來，讓兩人很不好意思，直說有時間再做蛋糕來看阿公阿嬤。
