【時報記者莊丙農台北報導】紅心辣椒 (4946) 董事會通過處分轉投資棒辣椒持股，以每股180元價格處分72萬股，預估處分利益1.15億元，貢獻每股獲利達4.29元，預計第二季入帳。

紅心辣椒在2012年與韓國遊戲大廠CJ E&M Corporation集團成立棒辣椒，資本額1.2億元，紅心辣椒出資140萬美金、取得420萬股，持有該公司35%股權。昨日紅心辣椒決議處分棒辣椒部分持股，總計以每股180元價格，處分72萬股，將有1.15億元處分利益在第二季入帳，紅心辣椒持股比重將降至29%。

棒辣椒今年第一季啟動掛牌計畫，預計8月份登錄興櫃，明年力拼上櫃，該公司去年下半年轉虧為盈，全年獲利一個資本額，今年目標是能夠賺五個資本額。
